A day at school

Montessori Little Birds welcomes children from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. We offer after-school daycare from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

Healthy meals for busy birds !

The children have busy days and burn a lot of energy. They need good healthy sustenance to keep them going ! We have taken great care in selecting a local caterer: Kidelis SA based in nearby Lancy

We chose Kidelis SA for the following reasons:


A cooking process that guarantees quality :

Their meals are prepared and cooked in a traditional way, then quickly cooled to 4°C to preserve their nutrients.


Organic and fair trade products :

They regularly incorporate organic products and Max Havelaar (fair trade) certified items.


Meals approved by Fourchette Verte :

The meals prepared for our students are designed in accordance with the recommendations of the Swiss Nutrition Society (SSN) and validated by the Fourchette Verte association.


Natural cuisine :

Their dishes contain no preservatives or additives, favor fresh herbs and flavorful spices, and exclude any flavor enhancers.


Local and seasonal ingredients :

They use local and seasonal products, including Swiss meats and Swiss rapeseed oil. Kidelis supports sustainable agriculture and partnerships with regional producers to guarantee quality and freshness.

Enrollment Procedure

To enrol your child in our school for the 2026-2027 school year, he/she must be 3 years of age by 31st December, 2024 according to the regulations of the School Authorities of Geneva.

    At Montessori Little Birds, we encourage parental involvement through group meetings at the beginning of the school year and annual individual meetings. In addition, parents have the opportunity to observe classes and their children's work, fostering a close relationship between parents and the school.

  • Are there any financial support options or assistance programs for families wishing to enroll their child in our school?

    We offer various options to make Montessori education accessible to everyone. Preferential rates are available for enrollments of 2 to 3 years or when the child has already reached compulsory school age (4 years old by July 31st). Please feel free to contact us for more information.
